What is the Capability Analyzer in My360?

The Capability Analyzer is a tool in My360 designed to assess an organization's innovation capabilities. It helps businesses:

  • Identify gaps between innovation aspirations and abilities.

  • Benchmark performance against industry leaders.

  • Provide strategic recommendations for improvement​​.

Who should use the Capability Analyzer?

The tool is valuable for:

  • Innovation leaders and strategy teams assessing their organization’s innovation maturity.

  • Consultants helping clients diagnose and improve innovation capabilities.

How do I access the Capability Analyzer?

  1. Log into My360 using your credentials.

  2. Click on Capability Analyzer from the dashboard menu.

  3. Select a previously created company or create a new one in MyClient before running an analysis​.

Can I export data from the Capability Analyzer?

No. Data cannot be exported from My360.

All analysis, benchmarking, and reporting must be conducted within the platform. Instead, use built-in visualization and reporting tools to present findings​.


Setting Up a Company in My Client

How do I add a new company in My Client?

  1. Go to the My Clients app in My360.

  2. Click "Add Client" and enter:

    • Company Name & Org. No.

    • Primary Contact Details (Name, Email, Phone)

    • Default Language

    • Country & Currency

    • Company Size, Market, and Industry

  3. Click "Save" to complete the setup​.

Can I edit company details after setup?

Yes, navigate to My Clients, select the company, and update its information​.

What industries can be selected for a company?

My360 includes a wide range of industries, such as:

  • Manufacturing

  • Technology & Software

  • Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals

  • Financial Services

  • Retail & Consumer Goods

  • Education & Research

Multiple industries can be selected to best describe a company’s operations​.


Poll Setup and Management

What are the different types of polls in My360?

Poll Type

Purpose

Company Polls

Assess a single company's innovation capabilities.

Virtual Polls

Aggregate existing data into new structures for deeper insights.

Event Polls

Used for Innovation Circles or large assessments across multiple individuals instead of one company.

Competence Polls

Designed for Competence Analyzer to evaluate skills, strengths, and improvement areas.

How do I create a Company Poll?

  1. Go to the My Clients app in My360.

  2. Select the client company.

  3. Click "Client Polls" > "Add New Poll".

  4. Select “Company Poll” and click “Create”

  5. Fill in the details:

    • Poll Title (e.g., "2025 Innovation Readiness Assessment").

    • Start & End Dates (Data collection timeline).

    • Language Preferences.

    • Custom Invitation Message (Optional).

  6. Click "Save"​.

How do I create a Virtual Poll?

Follow the same steps as a Company Poll, but select Virtual Poll to aggregate and compare data from past polls​.

Note: A virtual poll is about working with existing data. You must have conducted some polls before you can benefit from a virtual poll.

How do I create an Event Poll?

  1. Go to the My Clients app in My360.

  2. Select the client company.

  3. Click "Client Polls" > "Add New Poll".

  4. Select “Event Poll” and click “Create”

  5. Fill in the details:

    1. Poll Title (e.g., "2025 Innovation Readiness Assessment").

    2. Start & End Dates (Data collection timeline).

    3. Language Preferences.

    4. Custom Invitation Message (Optional).

  6. Click "Save"​.

  7. Add multiple participants from different companies.

  8. Customize the survey for Innovation Circles or industry-wide assessments​.


Invitations & Reminders

How do I send invitations to poll participants?

  1. Go to the My Clients app in My360.

  2. Select the client company.

  3. Click "Client Polls" and select the poll to work with.

  4. Navigate to the panel Poll Invitations & Reminders.

  5. Select participants and customize the message.

  6. Click "Send invitation to selected"​.

How do I send reminders to non-responders?

  1. Go to the My Clients app in My360.

  2. Select the client company.

  3. Click "Client Polls" and select the poll to work with.

  4. Navigate to the panel Poll Invitations & Reminders.

  5. Check for participants who haven’t completed the survey.

  6. Click "Send reminders to selected"​.


Language Settings & Multi-Poll Features

Can I create polls in different languages?

Yes! You can:

  • Set a default language for the poll.

  • Enable participant-specific languages.

  • Customize invitations in any language​​.

How do I request a new language for My360?

  • Contact Innovation360 for a translation request.

  • The process takes 4-8 weeks depending on verification​.

What happens if no language is specified for a participant?

If no default language is set, the system defaults to English​.


Analyzing Poll Results

How do I analyze the poll results?

  1. Go to Capability Analyzer app in My360 (after the poll closes).

  2. Use filters to analyze data by unit, team, or market.

  3. Compare against global benchmarks from 10,000+ companies​​.

How do I benchmark against competitors?

  • Select benchmarking settings in the Compare section in the Capability Analyzer.

  • Compare scores against industry averages​.


Troubleshooting & Best Practices

Why are my invitations going to spam?

  • Ensure the client’s IT team whitelists My360 email domains. All emails will be sent from the email address [email protected].

  • Send personal follow-ups with survey links​.

What if participants don’t respond?

  • Send reminders manually at regular intervals.

  • Use ambassadors inside the company to encourage participation​.

Can I automate reminders?

No, reminders must be sent manually from the Poll Invitations & Reminders section.
