Step 1: Setting Up the SOI Assessment
The SOI assessment is integrated into the MyClients app of My360. To create an assessment:
Navigate to MyClients:
Go to the MyClients section in My360.
Select an existing client or add a new client.
Create an SOI Assessment:
Go to the Client Polls section and use one poll credit to create the SOI Analyzer assessment by clicking on the Add new poll button and select Sustainnovation360.
Give the poll a Title, First name, Last name and Email. The information will be used in the report.
Click the Add button to create the survey.
Invite Participants:
When the poll is created you will find it in Client polls.
You can add participants in three ways:
Consultant-Filled: As the consultant, you manually input the participants.
Link to Client: Send a link to the client, allowing them to input participant information.
Collaborative Entry: Work together with the client to fill in the participant list.
Each poll supports up to 100 participants unless specified otherwise.
