  • Company Trades: Choose relevant industry sectors (e.g., Manufacturing, Financial Services).

4. Save & Confirm: Click Save to register the company.

5. Verify the Company: Once created, the company will be available in My Clients for poll setup and analysis.

2. Setting Up a Poll in My360

After adding a company, you can set up different types of polls.

Poll Types in My360

  • Company Polls: Assess a single company’s innovation capabilities, used for a structured evaluation of one organization.

  • Virtual Polls: Aggregate or restructure existing data into new categories for broader comparative analysis.

  • Event Polls: Used for large events like Innovation Circles, where multiple individuals (rather than a single company) are assessed.

  • Competence Polls: Designed for use with the Competence Analyzer to assess skill levels and competencies.

Steps to Set Up a Company Poll

1. Select the Client: From My Clients, click on the company you want to assess.

2. Go to "Client Polls": Click on the Client Polls tab in the left menu.

3. Click "Add New Poll": A form will appear for poll configuration.

4. Configure the Poll Details:

  • Poll Title: Choose a name (e.g., "2025 Innovation Readiness Assessment").

  • Start & End Dates: Define the time period for data collection.

  • Poll Type: Select Company Poll to evaluate a single organization.

  • Language Settings: Ensure the correct language is selected based on the client’s preference.

  • Custom Survey Message (Optional): You can customize the invitation email.

5. Save the Poll: Click Save to finalize the setup.

3. Sending Out Invitations and Reminders

Once a poll is set up, participants need to be invited to complete the survey.

Steps to Send Invitations

  1. Go to the Poll Invitations Section:

    • Navigate to the poll and click on "Poll Invitations & Reminders".

  2. Select Participants:

    • Ensure all participants are listed with correct emails.

    • If participants are missing, add them manually or upload a CSV file.

  3. Use a Custom or Standard Message:

    • The system supports multi-language invitations.

    • Customize the message if necessary.

  4. Send the Invitation: Click "Send invitation to selected" to notify participants.

  5. Verify Sent Status: Check the status under the Invitation column.

Steps to Send Reminders

  1. Go to Poll Invitations & Reminders: Navigate to the same section where invitations were sent.

  2. Identify Non-Responders: The list will show who has yet to complete the poll.

  3. Select Participants: Check the box next to the names of those who need a reminder.

  4. Click "Send Reminders to Selected": This will trigger a reminder email.
My360 will never send a reminder to a participant who have completed the survey.

Best Practices for Polls & Invitations

Use Multiple Polls for Large Organizations: Different divisions may have unique innovation maturity levels.
Ensure Correct Language Settings: Participants receive surveys in their preferred language.
Monitor Response Rates: Follow up manually with key stakeholders to ensure high participation.
Leverage Event Polls for Large Groups: Useful for innovation workshops or industry benchmarking.
Use Virtual Polls for Comparative Insights: Helps restructure past data into new strategic views.

Conclusion

By following these steps, you can effectively create a company in My360, set up the appropriate type of poll, and ensure successful distribution through invitations and reminders.
