Q: How can I check when my accreditation expires?

A: You can check the expiration date of your accreditation by logging into your My360 account. Go to the Accreditations & Renewals section, where your current accreditation level and expiration date will be listed.

Q: What happens when my accreditation expires?

A: If your accreditation expires, you will:

  • Lose access to Licensed Practitioner (LP) benefits.

  • No longer be able to use Innovation360 tools such as InnoSurvey®, PESTLED360, or Transformation360.

  • Lose the right to market yourself as an Innovation360 Licensed Practitioner.

  • Be removed from official Innovation360 directories and partner listings.

However, your digital certificate remains valid as proof of your completed training.

Q: How do I renew my accreditation?

A: To renew your accreditation, you must pay the yearly renewal fee before your expiration date. You can renew by contacting you KAM or email [email protected]

Q: What is the cost of renewing my accreditation?

A: The standard renewal fee is:

  • €2,700 / $3,000 per year

  • Gold Partners and Corporate Partners have different renewal terms (contact your Key Account Manager (KAM) for details).

Q: Can I get a discount or free renewal?

  • Gold Partners do not need to pay renewal fees for their accredited practitioners.

  • Occasionally, complimentary poll credits or training updates may be included with renewal.

  • Discounts may be available for bulk renewals if you have multiple accreditations within a team.

Q: Can I renew after my accreditation has expired?

A: Yes, you can renew even after expiration, but there may be a reinstatement process:

  • If your accreditation expired less than 60 days ago, you can renew immediately by paying the standard renewal fee.

  • If it has been more than 60 days, you may be required to retake an accreditation module or demonstrate continued practice in innovation management.

Q: Can I upgrade my accreditation when renewing?

A: Yes! If you are currently accredited at IMBA, IMYB, or IMGB, you can upgrade to the next level instead of just renewing. Simply enroll in the next-level accreditation before your renewal is due.
