Q: How do I earn a certificate?
A: You earn a certificate after completing an online course or an accreditation/grading program.
For online courses:
The certificate must be purchased separately after completing the course.
Once you finish the course, click the “Earn Your Certificate” button in your Certificates and Diplomassection to proceed with the purchase.
For accreditations and gradings:
IMBA, IMYB, and IMGB certificates are awarded upon successful course completion.
IMBB (Black Belt) requires completion of two case studies and an exam before the certificate is issued.
Q: Where can I find my certificates?
A: All earned certificates appear in the Certificates and Diplomas section of your My360 dashboard.
Q: How can I access and share my certificate?
Click on the certificate you want to access.
You will be redirected to Accredible, where your digital certification is stored.
From there, you can view, purchase (if applicable), download, or share your certificate.

Q: What if I completed an online course but didn’t buy the certificate?
A: If you completed a course but didn’t purchase the certificate:
Go to the Certificates and Diplomas section.
Click the “Earn Your Certificate” button next to the course.
Follow the instructions to purchase and unlock your certificate.
Q: Can I share my certificate on LinkedIn or other platforms?
A: Yes! Once redirected to Accredible, you can:
Share your certificate directly on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
Download a PDF version for your records.
Copy a direct verification link to share with employers or clients.
Q: What is the difference between a course certificate and an accreditation diploma?
Course certificates: Earned after completing a self-paced course and must be purchased separately before they can be shared.
Accreditation diplomas: Earned after completing an Innovation360 accreditation (IMBA, IMYB, IMGB, IMBB). These certify your expertise as a Licensed Practitioner and do not require an additional purchase.
