Q: How can I check how many poll credits I have?

A: You can check your available poll credits in your My360 account dashboard. Simply log in to My360 and navigate to the Poll Management or Billing & Usage section, where your remaining poll credits will be displayed.

Q: How do I check when my poll credits expire?

A: Poll credits typically have an expiration period of one year from the date of purchase. You can view the expiration date in the Poll Management section of My360. If you are unsure, contact [email protected] for assistance.

Q: How do I purchase additional poll credits?

A: You can purchase poll credits through your My360 account under the Purchase Polls section. If you are a Licensed Practitioner (LP), Gold Partner, or Corporate Partner, you may also be eligible for discounts when purchasing in bulk.

Pricing for poll credits is as follows:

  • €2,700 / $3,000 / £2,500 per poll

  • Discounts available for bulk purchases and Gold Partners

Contact your Key Account Manager (KAM) for customized pricing options.

Q: Are poll credits the same for all types of polls?

A: Yes, poll credits are universal and can be used for all types of assessments within My360, including:

  • InnoSurvey® – Innovation maturity assessment

  • Competence Analyzer – Skill and capability mapping

Each poll credit is valid for one full assessment.

Q: What is the maximum number of respondents per poll?

A: Each poll supports up to 100 respondents per assessment. If you require more respondents, multiple poll credits may be needed. Innovation Management Black Belts (IMBB) do have access to unlimited polls.

Q: Can I transfer poll credits to another user or organization?

A: Poll credits cannot be transferred between different organizations but may be shared within an organization. Please contact: [email protected].

Q: What happens if I don’t use my poll credits before they expire?

A: Unused poll credits will expire after one year and cannot be refunded or carried over. It’s recommended to plan your assessments accordingly.

Q: Do Gold Partners get any special benefits for poll credits?

A: Yes, Gold Partners receive free poll credits as part of their partnership package
