Q: What are redeem codes and how to use them?
A: For our online courses, you can receive redeem codes from the KAM or Success Manager that give you access to online course to a reduced price.
How to use the code:
1. Open the course in the Training Library
2. Start the course by open the payment view.
3. In the payment view, paste the redeem code that you have received in the box to activate and access the course.
Only 1 code per course can be used and the codes normally are valuable for three months.
Ranking and commenting
Q: Can you comment on the online courses?
A: Yes, you can add a comment to any of the courses you have completed.
Q: How can I rank the different online courses?
A: All the courses, that you start, will be listed automatically in the "in process"-section. When you have completed the online course, you can rank the course`s quality with a star-scale 1-5 stars.
