1. How to Register for My360

If you are new to My360, you will need to create an account before accessing the platform.

Steps to Register:

  1. Go to the My360 Registration Page

  2. Click on the word "signup".

    • Under the logo and Welcome-title, it says "Login with your user credentials or signup for a new user account.".

  3. Enter Your Information

    • Provide your Full Name

    • Enter a valid business email address

    • add your phone number and choose the country from where you operate

    • fill in the organisation name and choose the seize of company (number of employees)

  4. Accept the Terms & Conditions--

    • Read and agree to the platform’s terms and policies before proceeding.

  5. Verify Your Email

    • My360 will send a verification email to the address you provided.

    • Check even in the spam folder.

    • Open your email and click the verification link to activate your account.

  6. Log in with Your New Credentials

    • After verification, return to the login page and use your email and password to access My360.

2. How to Log In to My360

Once registered, logging in is simple and quick.

Steps to Log In:

  1. Go to the My360 Login Page

  2. Enter Your Credentials

    • Type in your registered email address

    • Enter your password

  3. Click ‘Log In’

    • If your credentials are correct, you will be redirected to your My360 dashboard.

  4. Troubleshooting Login Issues

    • Ensure that you are using the correct email and password.

    • If you encounter an error, follow the steps in the 3. content block about password reset below.

3. How to Change or Reset Your Password

If you have forgotten your password or need to update it for security reasons, follow these steps.

To Reset a Forgotten Password:

  1. Go to the My360 Login Page

  2. Click on ‘Forgot your password?’

    • This option is located under the login button.

  3. Enter Your Registered Email Address

    • Input the email address linked to your My360 account.

  4. Check Your Email for a Reset Link

    • My360 will send you an email with a password reset link.

    • Please check also your spam folder for the email.

    • Click the link in the email to proceed.

  5. Create a New Password

    • Enter a strong, new password (a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters is recommended).

  6. Confirm the Password Change

    • Save your new password and use it to log in to My360.

To Change Your Password from Your Account Settings:

  1. Log in to My360

    • Access your account using your current credentials.

  2. Go to Profile Settings

    • Click on your profile name (in the top-right corner).

    • Select ‘Change Password’ from the dropdown menu.

  3. Enter Your Current Password

    • Verify your identity by typing in your existing password.

  4. Set a New Password

    • Choose a strong, secure password.

  5. Save Changes

    • Click ‘Change password’ to confirm the change.
