1. Incorrect Login Credentials
If you are unable to log in to a Contribution Site, check the following:
Ensure you are using the correct email address and password associated with your Transformation360 account.
If you forgot your password, use the ‘Forgot Password’ option on the login page to reset it.
If you recently changed your password, ensure you are entering the updated credentials.
2. No Access to the Contribution Site
If you receive an error stating that you do not have access:
Confirm with your Administrator that you have been added as a user to the Contribution Site.
Check if the Contribution Site is open to all users or restricted to specific groups.
If you are a new user, wait for an invitation email and follow the instructions to set up your account.
3. Contribution Site is Not Listed or Missing
If you cannot find a specific Contribution Site in your dashboard:
Check if the site is active or if it has been closed by an Administrator.
Ensure you are logged into the correct organization within Transformation360.
Refresh your browser or try logging out and back in to update the available sites.
4. Browser and Cache Issues
Sometimes, access problems arise due to browser settings. Try the following:
Clear your browser cache and cookies.
Use an incognito/private browsing mode to check if the issue persists.
Ensure your browser is updated to the latest version.
Try accessing the site using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.).
5. Organization or Role Restrictions
Contribution Sites may have restricted access based on user roles and organizations. To resolve:
Check with your Administrator if your user role allows access to the specific Contribution Site.
Ensure your organization has permission to access the site. Some sites are only available to specific business units.
If you need elevated permissions, request access from an Administrator.
6. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Issues
If your organization requires Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and you cannot log in:
Ensure you are entering the correct verification code from your authentication app.
If you have lost access to your authentication device, contact an Administrator to reset your MFA settings.
7. Network or Firewall Restrictions
If you experience connectivity issues:
Try accessing the site from a different network or using mobile data.
Check if your company’s firewall or VPN settings are blocking access to Transformation360.
Contact your IT department to whitelist the Transformation360 domain.
8. Contacting Support for Assistance
If none of the above steps resolve the issue:
Contact your Administrator or Support Team through the Help & Support section.
Provide details such as your email, the specific Contribution Site you are trying to access, and any error messages received.
If possible, include screenshots of the issue for quicker resolution.
