What's a User?
The User role is the foundational role within the system, providing access to essential functionalities for idea generation and management. Users have the ability to log in, submit ideas, comment on, and rank ideas within their organization. This engagement is crucial for fostering a collaborative environment where ideas can be shared and developed collectively.
β
Users belongs to an organizational unit, which determines what is visible and accessible to them within the system. They also have assigned responsibilities within ideation works, which can be individually tracked to monitor their contributions and progress. Users participate actively in ideation works they are part of, performing various activities and managing clusters, hypotheses, and experiments. This includes the ability to add, edit, and delete these elements, contributing to the iterative process of innovation. Users may receive additional rights, evolving into a Process Owner or Client Admin, or may be limited to a Contributor role depending on their involvement and responsibilities within the organization.
